Day 99 ~ What's for Breakfast and What's Not!

 It being saturday, it seemed like a good day for some muffins so Karen sent me to the store to buy some Gala apples and some muffin mix.  The plan? Apple Muffins!

 I had purchased these boxes, along with four apples. Plus, I bought some corn muffin mix as well.

Pancakes for breakfast!

However, my wife decided to make corn muffin pancakes instead so the apples and apple cinnamon muffin  mix will have to wait for another day.  No problem with that. I like anything Karen makes for breakfast. These pancakes were good!
