Day 143 ~ Irish Soda Bread

Yesterday was St. Patrick's day and, along with Corned beef and cabbage, is Irish Soda Bread. That is a bit too dry for me but Karen likes it. Yesterday, Karen wanted me to buy more but she likes it without the raisins.  They didn't have raisin-free ones but, after Karen went to work in the evening, I went back to the store and noticed they now DID have raisin-free soda bread. So I bought it.
